Beretta ASE 90 Skeet - Kolar AAA Tubes - Cased
SOLD
The ASE guns are basically a box lock version of the renowned Beretta SO series. These guns were built in the Beretta Custom Shop by the same craftsmen who build the SO guns. The DT-10 is the same design, only mass produced to cut cost. So the ASE is to the DT-10 as the Shelby G.T. 500 is to the assembly line Mustang. They both look like Mustangs, but one has a little more attention to detail than the other. 1991 - Beretta ASE 90 Skeet, 12ga, 2-3/4”, 28” SK/SK, Boehler Antinit Steel barrels with a hand filed rib, Beretta’s SO cross bolt locking system, removable trigger group with trigger adjustable for LOP. Stock - LOP 14-1/2” (with adjustable trigger in middle position) over a 7/8” Kick-eez pad, Drop 1-1/4” to 1-5/8”. Weight 7-3/4 lbs and 8-1/2 lbs with tubes in. This gun has a full set of Kolar AAA tubes, with an extra IC choke for each set, and an Americase Premium case for the entire setup. Cost on the tubes and case alone is over $1700. The whole package is about 98+% as new. This gun is ready to go for four gun skeet shooting, and a short trip down to Briley will make this gun into a great Sporting Clays gun. By the way, the only people who really think you should have barrels longer than 28” are the people selling new guns. |
