This gun shows "AS NEW". However, it is a factory refinish. Based on the history that came to me with the gun, the gun was probably redone by Browning in the late 1970s. This is the shooter you've been looking for. Mechanically the gun is perfect - tight as a tick, and lever to right. Believe it or not there are folks out there paying this kind of money for Japanese Brownings. I like Japanese shotguns, but there is nothing you can do to one to make it worth what this gun is. There is one blemish (I hesitate to say scratch) on the side of the receiver. I had to take numerous pics to finally get it to show up in one. Barrels are 26-1/2" IC/M. LOP is 14-1/4" over the original butt plate. Drop 1-3/8" to 2-1/4". Weight 5-3/4 lbs.
